My journey with the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme was a game-changer. I went into it wanting to improve how to be a better leader and how to apply that in the real world.
The program taught me about my own leadership style and how to make it work with our company's goals. I understood better at handling tough situations and managing executive teams. Beyond, I approached how to push for change's company and get ready for the future.
The discussion board that let us all learn from each other. It was really cool to see how even though we all came from different world places and had different experiences, we were all trying to be better leaders.
The program made me take the time to learn more, both as a professional and as a person. It was a journey that made me look at things differently and change my approach to leadership.
The Oxford Executive Leadership Programme wasn't just a course - it was a journey that bring me more reflection, new understandings, and new connections, helped me grow into a better leader.
A big thank you to the teachers, especially Professor Tim Morris, Steve Mostyn and tutor Christopher Fitch, and my classmates for sharing this journey with me.
I got this cup from a friend, and when I was looking to improve my leadership skills, I remembered that Oxford University is one of the best in the world.
